Cigars2Go Co does not sell / distribute / ship our products to anyone under the age of 21 nor does does sell or distribute cigarettes. Cigars and or related products from our website are not intended to be purchased or utilized by anyone under the age of 21. The purchaser by entering and utilizing our website or any of our affiliated websites acknowledges that he/she is of lawful age and has paid any required fees, taxes and is legally entitled to possess tobacco products.
Shipping to post office box addresses is not permitted.
We ship orders to 48 states in the United States, its territories. We DO NOT SHIP to Utah, Maine or South Dakota.
We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS as carriers. On your shopping cart and during checkout, you will be able to choose from various shipping methods:
FREE shipping orders are sent via the most cost effective shipping method available. This may be U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the product weight and destination.
USPS Priority Mail
Fast, 2-4 day service to most locations.
Delivery Confirmation Number provided lets you know when a delivery or attempted delivery has been made.
Orders shipped to the East Coast can be expected sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.
Guaranteed 2 day delivery.
Delivery to most addresses in the United States – including PO Boxes – 365 days a year by noon or by 3:00 pm, including holidays.

Exact shipping charges are shown on your shopping cart before checkout. You must select your address type on menu to receive accurate shipping quote and estimated delivery dates. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order. Estimated delivery dates are based on information from the shippers and are not guaranteed except when guaranteed by the carrier.
You will receive an email notification when your item has shipped with the date of shipment and a tracking/delivery confirmation number. If you have any special handling requests, please leave us a comment during checkout. Our customer service hours of operation are from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm EST, Saturdays 10am-6pm EST.
Please note that Cigars2Go may require a signature on any shipment in order to comply with regulations for the delivery of tobacco products.
Please do not return any items without a return authorization. Returns once accepted and received will be for exchange or credit only. All returns must be received within 10 business days from the date of purchase to qualify. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We do not accept any returns on cigars. All cigar sales are final. Additional items and or products will be returned at the discretion of Cigars2Go Co.
